GRRrrrrrr
These tow dogs were in the parking lot of the grocery store I used to shop at. It has been a wish of mine for some years to do a series of shots of dogs barking
at me, hopefully with some enthusiasm. These two dogs didn't bark, but, the small one did grawl a lot. I wonder if he
would have been so brave standing by himself. The pit-bull, on the right, was keeping his eye on me very closely the entire
time.
I question the wisdom of leaving such a potentially dangerous dog in a car with an open window such as this.
All dogs have moments where, for some reason we cannot understand, they act in ways of extreme aggression. I have seen
it in everything from chihuahuas and poodles, up to rottweilers. It is not what happens "if" a dog lashes out, but "When"...
what will be the outcome.
I am a dog lover, and have owned many dogs throught my life, but, I do not believe these dogs serve a useful role
in our community, and should be banned from urban areas all together.
